Available onboard are some light refreshments:

- Food: Light snacks can be provided on request. It is however recommended that you bring your own (specially on full day trips)
- Drinks: Beer, soft drinks and mineral water provided.

Cancellation penalties that apply are as follows:

In the event of a cancellation from the client's side:
- More than 24 hrs before the outing: 25 % penalty
- Within 24 hrs from the outing: 50 % penalty

In the event of a cancellation from the boat's side because of bad weather or else:
- We shall endeavour to replace the booking for another date but in case this is not possible, the full amount will be refunded to the client.
Early returns: Should the client wish to return to shore earlier than arranged the full payment for the outing will still stand
